What Youll Be Doing:
- Supporting HRBP for any data management and reporting required for the business
- Sending out several announcements or reporting cadence to each stakeholder
- Supporting HRBP for some project completion such as people newsletter internal web page etc.
- Supporting HRBP in the competency framework update
- Maintaining the scheduled and sending out of Pulse surveys to employees
What Were Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Google Suite. Experience with Looker Studio will be advantageous
