To be successful in this role you will:
- Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each childs treatment plan and agency philosophy.
- Serves as the primary liaison for families addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process.
- Leads and coordinates aspects of the treatment process including referrals assessments intakes admissions and discharges.
- Provides guidance and support to families including referrals to parent education and training resources
Qualifications:
Required
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree in social science or closely related field or equivalent experience.
- 19 years or older
- Valid Montana Drivers License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
