Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Work Setup: Morning shift (Monday-Friday)
Hybrid Setup: Primarily remote with occasional onsite work required at least once per month

Requirements:
Digital Agency Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
- Well-versed in agency dynamics fast-paced timelines overlapping projects shifting priorities and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Comfortable managing clients and teams in US-based or global settings either directly
or through regional collaboration.
Project Management & Delivery Leadership:
- Must have led complex website or CMS projects not just campaign work or microsites.
- Should have experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall with hands-on ownership of scope management QA documentation and delivery milestones.
- Ideally has experience working on UX/UI and development-heavy builds
Technical Fluency:
- Familiar with frontend and backend workflows CMS platforms such as Contentful WordPress Drupal AEM.
- Able to speak confidently with developers and technical leads understands how APIs work how QA intersects with design and can follow technical discussions
Agile Framework Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies preferably Scrum or Kanban.
- Can independently run Agile ceremonies: sprint planning grooming retrospectives demos.
- Experienced with JIRA and Confluence able to manage epics user stories tasks and sprints.
- Must be capable of owning the JIRA board tracking sprint velocity managing scope and aligning with both devs and business stakeholders
Tool Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in: JIRA Confluence GSuite Slack Workfront
- Bonus if experienced with: GitHub Adobe Workfront
- Certifications (Nice to Have): CSM CSPO PMI-ACP or other Agile-related certifications are a plus but not required.
