At ABB Process Industries we are looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate our cyber security and regulation initiatives - empowering our organization to stay ahead.
You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders lead cross-functional programs and contribute to the development of a resilient cyber security compliance. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact in a company committed to innovation sustainability and operational excellence.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Cyber Security Team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive global and regional cyber security and compliance programs
- Collaborate across different business lines and engage with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise
- Support our organization with the implementation of upcoming EU regulations such as EU Data Act and EU Cyber Resilience Act
- Coordinate activities within Process Industries and represent our division in cross-divisional working groups
- Create training materials and raise awareness by deliver training to product managers and R&D teams
Qualifications for the role
- University degree in IT or equivalent education with at least 2 years of IT experience cyber security expertise is a plus
- Preferably prior experience in project management
- Proficient in English (B2 level and above)
- Proactive communicative and able to work independently
- Willingness to educate oneself in the field of cyber security and regulations staying updated on the latest trends and working with the latest systems and technologies in the field
