Job Summary

Were looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our this role youll handle the installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings including high-rise condominiums.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and repair HVAC and refrigeration piping systems.
Perform start-up and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site regarding service and maintenance updates.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of service performed.
Keeping the company vehicle clean organized and in safe working condition.
Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and relevant codes.

Qualifications:

Valid 313A Refrigeration License.
Valid G1 Gas Fitter license (preferred).
Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades/STO.
Proven experience working on high-rise condominium HVAC systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (required).
Valid Class G Drivers License with a clean driving record.
