Archer Developer -

*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Archer Software Developer position! This is a 6 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo (preferred). Qualified remote candidates will be considered. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop solutions using Archer Software including SaaS and integration-based development.
• Perform systems analysis design and development with basic to intermediate complexity.
• Support development efforts as an individual contributor.
• Identify and recommend feasible technical solutions to client problems.
• Collaborate with developers operations and technology staff for system and integrated testing.
• Prepare and execute detailed test plans and test data.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
• Develop clear technical and functional specifications for small to medium scope efforts.
• Update and maintain systems documentation.
• Create charts tables and diagrams to support system analysis.
• Prepare project assessments and task plans including timelines and effort estimates.
• Recommend improvements in technology policies or processes.
• Provide consultation services to clients on supported applications.
• Comply with internal risk regulatory standards and controls.

What Youll Need to Have:

• 3-5 years hands-on experience with Archer development including configuration customization and integration of Archer modules.
• Proficiency in Archer SaaS development and conversion with the ability to migrate and optimize solutions from on-premise to SaaS environments.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and ETL processes.
• Understanding of system development life cycle and application development options.
• Familiarity with development tools and platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and analytical thinking.
• Banking industry experience preferred.

Pay Range:$65-$80/hr
