Pay Range: $62$65 hourly ($2480$2600 weekly)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN to join our healthcare team on a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures including pre- intra- and post-procedure phases. This role requires strong clinical skills in conscious sedation and the ability to independently manage on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before during and after endoscopic procedures.

• Safely administer and monitor conscious sedation independently.

• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures.

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

• Monitor vital signs and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

• Respond promptly to emergencies and manage complications effectively.

• Educate patients and families on procedures recovery and post-care instructions.

• Maintain accurate detailed patient and procedural documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality continuity of care.

• Participate in on-call rotation including nights weekends and holidays.

• Adhere to infection control safety and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (NY or compact state).

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.

• Prior Endoscopy experience strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to perform and manage conscious sedation independently.

• Must be able to take call independently.
