Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join ourAdvanced Analytics Teamas anIndividual Contributor. This role involves leading and supporting a variety of commercial analytics projects including Marketing Mix Modeling Customer and Brand Performance analytics Forecasting Segmentation and Targeting Promotional ROI Analysis Resource and Price Optimization Physician/Patient Profiling

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across global Business Unitsprimarily in Europe and the USand engage directly with external clients to understand business needs define project objectives and deliver actionable insights. The role demands strong analytical capabilities excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with full ownership of deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervision
Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Present findings to stakeholders in a business-oriented manner
Support solution development for diverse business challenges
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities
Communicate risks and project outcomes effectively
Demonstrate agility in learning new technologies and domain knowledge

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Statistics Mathematics Data Mining Operations Research or related fields
OR
/ MBA with relevant analytics experience
46 years of hands-on experience in analytics
Proficiency in tools such asR Python SQL SAS andMS Excel/PowerPoint
Experience with advanced techniques: regression clustering decision trees time series PCA SVM GBT CNN RNN and optimization models
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

Familiarity with pharmaceutical domain and healthcare market dynamics
Self-motivated flexible and capable of working independently
