As a core member of ourInnovation and DevelopmentITteam you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
We are seeking anestablished Program Manager to join our team to manage technology projects. Theideal candidate willhave proven experience working in the financial industry and in managing multiple fast-paced projects with competing priorities. Candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in managing stakeholders project reporting to executive teams and cross-location team coordination. Experience in coachingproject teams and project managers to understand and furtherAgileprinciples will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage projectsandthe SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) involving the development of project charters plansbudgets resource utilization plans and project roadmaps
- Manage various project phases including requirements gathering development QA automation testing UAT performance testing and finallyproductionand post-production support
- Utilize Agilemethodologyin managing the project and hostregular Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Scrums Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives etc.
- Maintain and documentthe status ofprojectson a day-to-day basis (inStructureConfluencereports e-mail communications and otherwise) and highlight/assistwith resolving any blockers ensuring stakeholders are apprised of the status regularly
- Maintainthe project Risk Registry including adding any relevant risks monitoring mitigating and resolving as needed
- Takeon the role ofRelease Manageras needed ensuring that completed development items are QA-tested UAT-tested and approved by both Development Manager and Product Owner prior to releasing completed functionality to production
- Trackproject velocity(ensuring that Sprints arenot over-allocated) and trackbudget (ensuring that the project is not running at a high deficit)
- Assistthe Product Owner in maintaining theroad map(in structure and otherwise) and ensurethat Sprints are well defined for each upcoming release
- A Program by nature has a variety of moving pieces. The Program Manager is responsible for each of these pieces to bring the project to a successful completion. While the Program Manager may be able to delegate the management of these pieces to others he is the individual with the ultimate accountability/responsibility for the delivery of the project.
- A Program may face serious challenges that may put its successful (on-time on-budget on-scope) delivery at risk. He/she is expected to foresee these challenges and not only provide absolute and timely transparency to all the stakeholders but he/she is also expected to use his skills and experience to try to mitigate these issues
- Provide guidance and strategic direction for the Project Managers & Project Team.
- Coach and mentor and participate in Communities of Practice

Qualifications
About You:
- University degree preferably in business management computer science or engineering
- 5 Years of total Project Management experience inclusive of 3 years of experience in establishing Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
- PM related certifications are preferred (PMP Agile SAFe Ways of Working etc.)
- Proven skills that demonstrate ability to influence project teams and stakeholders
- Experience participating in the development of an application technology roadmap
- Ability to manage multiple projectswith teams spread across multiple locations and time zones
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in managing project backlog using JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Highly self-motivated energetic strong work ethic and results-oriented with the ability to inspire performance excellence in distributed teams
