Job Skills / Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleaning of one building per night.
- Train and mentor new hires ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Conduct nightly inspections to identify and rectify any deficiencies.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
- Utilize our Quality Assurance software to communicate effectively with clients and address concerns or complaints.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the janitorial or cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and training skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using software for quality assurance and client communication.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work nights and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
Shift Info:
Monday- Friday
Starts at 6:00pm
Location: Between Bermuda & Sunset Rd
