Job Summary
Position Specifics:
- Full-Time (during Summer 2026)
- Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams with site planning design for multifamily projects.
- Support a wide variety of activities associated with land planning and technical drawings.
- Engage in the review of project due diligence materials site and municipal requirement research and preparation of presentation materials.
- Assist Development team with any additional project items and tasks.
Skills for Success:
- Junior or senior level student in Urban Planning Landscape Architecture Real Estateor related program
- Available 40 hours per week during summer
