Job Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM and IM Consultant to support a strategic divestiture programme in Brazil. The role involves leading the separation and reconfiguration of warehouse and inventory processes using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Inventory Management (IM). The consultant will ensure operational continuity compliance with Brazilian localisation standards and seamless integration with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP EWM and IM implementation and configuration for divestiture-specific logistics operations.
Conduct requirement analysis functional design testing implementation and documentation.
Configure warehouse structures inbound/outbound processes POSC & LOSC WOCR RF framework wave management and PPF
Manage inventory processes including stock visibility control and reconciliation.
Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ECC and third-party systems (e.g. MES TMS).
Support data migration cutover planning and post-go-live hypercare.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM PP SD QM) to ensure seamless process integration
Provide hands-on support for SAP standard reports and Fiori applications for analytics and warehouse KPIs
Coordinate with business stakeholders for As-Is/To-Be analysis UAT and go-live activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM and IM.
Proven experience in divestiture carve-out or M&A projects.
Strong understanding of Brazilian localisation and regulatory compliance.
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP EWM certification.
Experience with RFUI Fiori apps and warehouse devices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira Confluence).
Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
