About the position
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Educators (Diploma Qualified) to join the Family Health Support Servies Department within our team at Mahogany Rise Child and Family Centre
The main responsibilities will include:
- To provide a safe and stimulating environment for children and ensure the provision of a quality service that is accessible flexible and responsive to the needs of families and community.
- To provide flexible support across the service contributing to high-quality programs and child wellbeing as required
- To be available to work on an on-call basis and adapt to a range of environments routines and team dynamics.
Our service operates Monday to Friday 7:00am 6:00pm and we are looking for team members who are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across different days and times.
About you
The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:
- Diploma level qualification suitable for a qualified staff member under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010(National Law) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012
- A sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation in an Education and Care Setting
- Anaphylaxis Certification (including Asthma Management where applicable)
- Mandatory Reporting and other Obligations training

This position is aBand 4 currently remunerated at$47.15per hour plus superannuation.
