Base Salary Range for HR COORDINATOR $50k -$60k plus profit sharing

RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter data into payroll and HR systems for creating positions and employee life events
Participate in administrative activities for talent recruitment onboarding and temporary staffing
Serve as a resource for employees on practices programs benefits and disability management
Support workforce deployment planning and organize training activities
Address pay benefits HR programs and system-related queries from supervisors and employees
Handle full-cycle hourly recruitment new hire orientation and exit interviews
Manage payroll tasks update employment trackers handle short-term disability claims and assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Provide first point of contact support for hourly employees

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
Undergraduate or post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management highly desirable
Collaborative spirit high level of autonomy and discretion needed to work closely with all team members
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations regulatory compliance disciplinary procedures and disability management

Note: This position is not remote hours are onsite Monday Friday.
