To coordinate parts orders including ordering parts from supporting locations
Order seats and all non-stock shrouds with Purchasing and coordinate all shipments for daily deliveries from the supplier
Enter and move orders into Oracle for parts from other locations
Track parts to ensure they are put in proper location to fill orders
Coordinate daily domestic handwritten orders and monitor and fulfill order status requests via email
Receive ordered parts and match them to orders
Handle incoming calls to provide customer service by tracking and giving status of orders to the customer
Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training
Focus on continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
Assist with organization and cleaning of work area keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
Must be a team player friendly professional detail-oriented and honest
Must have the ability to:
Multi-task problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
Read and interpret parts orders
Must have:
Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement
A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent web navigation skills
Basic working knowledge of Pride products preferred
At least 2 years of successful experience in Parts Shipping with Pride Mobility OR at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
At least 2 years of experience providing administrative or service support in a manufacturing production or distribution operation preferred
Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
High School Diploma or GED
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
