Job Description
The Basilica School of Saint Mary a Catholic Pre-K through eight Parish School in Alexandria Virginia seeks a part time communications officer for the 2025-2026 school year. The communications officer will support the Director of Communications in a number of ways including developing social media that is indicative of our Catholic mission. Qualified candidates will fully embrace the mission of our Catholic school which recognizes the infinite value of each student seeks to develop the gifts of all and nurtures them to be saints stewards and scholars always with an eye to their eternal destiny. Ideal candidates will have social media experience and strong writing skills.
The Basilica School is committed to providing our students and families with excellence in Catholic education. We are in beautiful Old Town Alexandria VA Diocese of Arlington. Salaries are highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
