We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in residential construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of housing developments in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Monitor project timelines and budgets reporting progress to senior management
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
Liaise with clients architects engineers and local authorities
Organise and lead regular site meetings with project teams and subcontractors
Manage material deliveries stock levels and site logistics
Implement and maintain site documentation including H&S files and progress reports
Ensure smooth handover of completed phases to clients or homeowners

Requirements:

5 years of experience in a Site Management role preferably on residential housing projects
Proven track record delivering projects from groundwork to handover
In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
Full driving licence
