We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a solid background in residential construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of housing developments in North Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities ensuring projects are delivered safely on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor project timelines and budgets reporting progress to senior management
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
- Liaise with clients architects engineers and local authorities
- Organise and lead regular site meetings with project teams and subcontractors
- Manage material deliveries stock levels and site logistics
- Implement and maintain site documentation including H&S files and progress reports
- Ensure smooth handover of completed phases to clients or homeowners
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Site Management role preferably on residential housing projects
- Proven track record delivering projects from groundwork to handover
- In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards
- Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and timelines
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
- Full driving licence
