Hours: Mon- Fri 8am-4:30pm. All onsite

Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and schedules homecare staff to ensure adequate coverage for clients.
- Communicates with clients and their families to assess their needs and match them with appropriate staff.
- Maintains accurate records of staff schedules client information and staff certifications.
- Provides orientation and training to new staff members.
- Assists with verifying payer information obtaining authorizations tracking authorizations activities and end dates. Ensures that patients activity is added to the electronic medical record in preparation for billing.
- Serves as a customer service and problem-solving resource for nurses families and referring parties.
- Provides administrative support for meetings ordering and supply and supply management as well as support on various departmental projects.

Skills:
Detail oriented and strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience:
- Home health office or business administration or other medical-related experience required.
- One year of experience in health care related field quality assurance or utilization review preferred.
