Pay/Salary: $18.00 Per Hour

Job Description

Terrapin is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing company. As a Clinton County Pennsylvania - based cannabis company Terrapin is a pioneer in the emerging industry. Terrapin is a cultivator and processor of high-quality medical and recreational cannabis products. With over 15 years of industry experience Terrapin was licensed to operate in the Pennsylvania marketplace in 2017 growing to more than 200 employees.

Fast growing national cannabis brand seeks a Warehouse Associate. This self-motivated individual will be responsible for creating a model stock for packaging supplies. This position will report to the National Inventory Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading product
• Ability to work in all kinds of weather/varying warehouse temperatures
• Assists in the loading delivery and unloading of packaging supplies from the warehouse to other departments
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory control & compliance policies/procedures
• Perform weekly counts and audits of all inventory
• Maintain packaging pre-fabrication model stock- folding boxes /labeling
• Operates and maintains all automation equipment including but not limited to the label machine and the label applicator
• Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse work stations and equipment
• Drive as well as assist with deliveries to retail locations

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Current State Mandated Badge or Background Check.
• Current DOH certification
• Active Drivers License
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast moving highly regulated environment with deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to operate a Windows computer
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Knowledge of Excel Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred
• Use of forklift and scissor lift required. Certification provided.
