Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Install maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers
- Identify electrical problems using various testing devices
- Repair or replace wiring equipment or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as architects and plumbers to ensure electrical systems are installed properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an marine electrician
- Knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Familiarity with calipers precision measuring instruments and soldering tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
