Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Consulting Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare consulting field and work alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of healthcare organizations competitive environment operational and financial performance.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans volume forecasts Community Health Needs Assessments and process improvements.
- Conduct research on client service area markets industry trends regulations and best practices.
- Prepare reports presentations and other deliverables for clients.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Collaborate with team members on various consulting projects.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Business Finance or a related field.
- Currently classified as a Senior or higher level of your bachelors degree education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelAdvanced Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the healthcare industry and consulting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H-1B status)
