This position is located in Washington DC.
Financial Tasks
Preparing financial reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
Compiling comprehensive financial statements.
Preparing and posting journal entries.
Responding promptly and efficiently to audit inquiries.
Reviewing and finalizing various external and internal deliverables.
Administrative and Operational Support
Coordinating the Agencys travel authorizations.
Assisting staff with entering vouchers into relevant systems for review by the approving official.
Researching and providing solutions for travel-related policy questions.
Ensuring strict adherence to policies and regulations.
Assisting with monthly quarterly and annual tasks such as:
Preparing financial reconciliations
Preparing financial statements
Preparing journal entries
Responding to audit inquiries
Reviewing and finalizing various external and internal deliverables
Providing administrative and operational support by:
Coordinating the Agencys travel authorizations
Helping staff enter vouchers into the relevant systems before review by the approving official
Researching and suggesting solutions to travel-related policy questions
Ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
5 years relevant experience with Financial Auditing
Bachelors degree in accounting
CGFM certification (or CPA CMA MBA)
Detail Oriented
Team Player

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $69700.00 - $169700.00.
