Role Summary

The University of Birmingham is recruiting a team of Equality Diversity and Inclusion Student Ambassadors (EDI SAs) who will take on a dual role as EDI Student Ambassadors and EDI Project Assistants.
In this role you will champion inclusion lead exciting events and support various EDI projects across campus. Youll gain paid flexible experience in event planning communications and project delivery - plus professional mentoring through our GenXchange scheme. This is your chance to develop your skills grow your network and help create a more inclusive University community.
The team will work to champion diversity promote equality and support initiatives that enhance inclusion and student belonging across the University. Ambassadors will gain valuable experience while making a tangible impact on the student experience.

Reporting Structure
You will report to a Student Equality Diversity and Inclusion Officer and work under the guidance of the Head of Student EDI and Assistant Director of Student Affairs (Student EDI). You will collaborate with Professional Services Colleges Schools and student groups across the University.
