Learn more about Nissans future here: are currently looking for IE & KAIZEN Senior Engineer to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will lead IE and Kaizen projects applying improvement initiatives aligned with Nissan Production Way standards to reduce total delivered cost per unit. A big part of your day involves developing lowcost automation solutions and digital tools to minimize losses and enhance efficiency. Youll blend handson innovation with crossfunctional teamwork to deliver smarter faster and more efficient operations.

A Day in the Life:

Collaborate in crossfunctional projects by identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements to enhance SQCTP performance.
Evaluate Kaizen Shop requests by assessing feasibility and impact to prioritize valuable initiatives.
Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks by applying IE tools to drive efficiency.
Ensure efficient factory layouts by optimizing material flow and workstation arrangements to boost efficiency.
Develop automation and digital solutions to streamline performance reporting and presentation preparation.
Integrate new technologies into existing processes to improve efficiency.
Consolidate data from various departments to generate KPI reports for senior management decision making.

Who Were Looking for:

34 years of experience in similar role in a manufacturing/industrial field
Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering
Embedded systems C and python programming knowledge.
Experience with electronics projects using microcontrollers and ROS. (Raspberry Pi PCBs etc.)
Familiar with IOT machine learning image processing (open CV).
Strong knowledge in coding or macro development
Strong experience in conducting training and knowledgesharing initiatives.
Excellent communication organizational and followup skills.
Proficiency in problemsolving planning and strategic analysis.
Strong presentation skills both verbal and written.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Project).
Fluency in Arabic and English
