We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Contract Fitness Manager to lead fitness operations across a group of centres in the St Albans area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to inspire teams deliver a world-class member experience and drive the fitness strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead motivate and develop fitness teams to achieve agreed targets.
- Oversee the delivery of personal training group exercise sessions and meaningful gym floor engagement.
- Implement a clear retention strategy and set performance targets.
- Act as a role model within the centres creating a fun supportive and professional environment.
- Manage accounts and supervise staff across multiple sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 fitness qualification.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a fitness or leisure environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends.
