About the profile
We are looking for a Product Owner with solid experience in financial services preferably in account-to-account payments. This role will be focused on managing the product backlog aligning priorities with business and customer value and delivering high-impact digital payment solutions within an agile environment.
Functions:
Manage and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
Write and refine user stories based on business requirements.
Prioritize backlog items aligned with customer needs business value and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers testers and UX/UI designers.
Attend and contribute to Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to understand needs gather feedback and manage expectations.
Document designs and product decisions using tools like Confluence.
Track and measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support integration with ISO 20022 standards and other payments systems.
Requirements:
7 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Previous experience in financial services preferably in payments.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating needs into deliverable stories.
Familiarity with product management tools and customer feedback analysis.
Technical understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery processes.
Experience with user research data analysis and reporting.
