About the profile

We are looking for a Product Owner with solid experience in financial services preferably in account-to-account payments. This role will be focused on managing the product backlog aligning priorities with business and customer value and delivering high-impact digital payment solutions within an agile environment.

Functions:

• Manage and maintain a well-structured product backlog.

• Write and refine user stories based on business requirements.

• Prioritize backlog items aligned with customer needs business value and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers testers and UX/UI designers.

• Attend and contribute to Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews and retrospectives.

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to understand needs gather feedback and manage expectations.

• Document designs and product decisions using tools like Confluence.

• Track and measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Support integration with ISO 20022 standards and other payments systems.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in product ownership or product management roles.

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).

• Previous experience in financial services preferably in payments.

• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and translating needs into deliverable stories.

• Familiarity with product management tools and customer feedback analysis.

• Technical understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery processes.

• Experience with user research data analysis and reporting.
