Education and Experience required Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field and 2 years of experience in an aerospace automotive manufacturing or lab environment in an engineering role or 2 years of experience designing test stands for electric machines including the design of supporting mechanical thermal and electrical systems. 2 years of experience in communication interfaces including CAN with hands-on experience building CAN harnesses and implementing CAN communication in a Hardware-in-the-Loop lab. 2 years of experience managing tests from setup through execution and reporting including the creation of test procedures and set up of hardware-in-the-loop test benches including the selection and bring-up of sensors and data acquisition hardware. 2 years of experience in test data analysis and setting up data processing pipelines in Python and MatLab. 2 years of experience with 3D CAD software used in the design of test stand fixturing bracketry and coolant/electrical routing. 2 years of experience with electronic test equipment including DC power supplies (HV and LV) oscilloscopes controllers and hi-pot testers. 2 years of experience with laboratory test equipment including mixed-signal oscilloscopes to analyze real-time digital and analog signals including PWM along with troubleshooting lab setups using digital multimeters and power supplies. 6 months of experience using LabVIEWs front panel to send system commands and monitor their responses in real time. 2 years of experience working in a machine shop environment utilizing drill presses band saws and 3D printers. 2 years of experience working in an automotive or aerospace Garden Grove CARate of pay $78000 to $155000 per yearHow to apply By email to with #HMTEP in the subject line
