Job Description
POSITION
Solutions Engineer
LOCATION
Ideally candidates should be commutable to their offices in Baltimore MD or Irving TX (preferred) Evansville IN Charlotte NC or Wilmington DE- Hybrid
REQUIRED SKILLS
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Atlassian configurations.
- Partner with DevOps/engineering/business to automate workflows.
- Research and apply platform best practices.
- Support solution diagrams technical implementation and potential coding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep Atlassian expertise (Jira Service Desk Confluence Analytics).
- Similar platform or dev enablement experience would work open to flex on Atlassian for solutions minded-candidates
- Platform deployment migration tuning experience.
- Familiarity with SSO directories permission schemas.
- DevOps process understanding; hands-on coding ability a plus.
Adaptability to learn/support new productivity and developer tools
