NEEDS TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH A 7:1 NURSE TO PATIENT RATIO

Available Shifts: (The days the candidate would be working could vary and they will work every other weekend) *3 12 hour shifts
Nights: 7p-7a (Rotating weekends)
Days: 7a-7p(Rotating weekends)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to float between several different areas across the nursing spectrum.
What will you will do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate protecting privacy and confidentiality
Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience Required *Needs to be flexible on floating to multiple units
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices in accordance with law and regulation. State of Florida license or appropriate compact licensure. If Florida is not the primary State on the multi-state license must establish Florida as primary on license within 90 days of hire or within 90 days of establishing residency in Florida (whichever is sooner).
Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
Nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required.

- Nights $4.25
- Weekends $3
