Employment / Labour Associate – Sandton
Join a boutique specialist employment law firm in Sandton as an Associate (3 PQE). Work on high-level employment and labour matters from day one – drafting advising and representing clients in CCMA arbitrations and Labour Court proceedings.
Requirements:
- LLB & Admitted Attorney
- 3 years’ post-articles experience in employment/labour law
- Strong drafting advocacy and client-facing skills
- In-depth knowledge of LRA BCEA CCMA & Labour Court rules
- Labour Court experience
