Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Affiliated Counselor to provide individual and group behavioral health services to clients with diverse mental health and co-occurring needs. This is a part-time role ideal for clinicians looking for consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions
- Complete clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
- Collaborate with case managers peers and prescribers to support holistic client care
- Monitor client progress and participate in clinical team meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards
Requirements:
- Must be a Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor in good standing
- Experience working with populations experiencing homelessness SUD or severe mental illness preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
Schedule:
- Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays
- 1524 hours per week (flexible based on availability and client needs)
