The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with clients designers contractors and suppliers to deliver functional aesthetic and innovative workplace environments.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets for each fit-out project.
- Coordinate with designers architects engineers and contractors to align design intent with execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project updates manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare cost estimates and track expenses against approved budgets.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
- Ensure all work meets design specifications safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress safety and workmanship.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve on-site challenges and design modifications promptly to avoid delays.
- Oversee final snagging quality checks and handover documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Personal and Professional Attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in corporate fit-outs or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and building regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in project management software and design tools ( AutoCAD Revit).
- Strong negotiation communication and leadership skills.
