About your job
This is more than an assistant role its a strategic partnership. You support our VP and Head of HR as well as contributing to the broader HR function. From coordinating global meetings and managing travel to shaping smarter ways of working you help us stay ahead. You work with structure bring fresh ideas and make things happen.
In this role you can expect to:
Manage calendars travel documentation approvals and expenses.
Coordinate global HR Management Team meetings and internal events.
Support webinars and communication activities.
Drive improvements and efficiency in our ways of working with digital tools like Copilot and Office 365.
Help lead forums for learning and travel and contribute to new work methods.
Great collaboration and trusting networks are keys in this position and you work closely with members of our Machining assistant community to share knowledge and best practices and support each other.
The location for this position is preferably either Sandviken or Stockholm and we offer flexible working conditions. Travel may be part of your job and you collaborate across varied time zones.
Your profile
You bring a strong background in coordination administration or customer service and youre confident in navigating digital tools and eager to learn more. Experience in HR is a plus curiosity and interest goes a long way. You know your way around Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams or youre ready to dive in and master them. High integrity and discretion are essential and youre comfortable working in a global setting which also means you need to be fluent in English verbally and in writing.
Structured proactive and calm under pressure thats your style. You spot what needs doing and take initiative. You enjoy organizing planning and finding better ways to work. Youre not afraid to speak up suggest improvements and influence changes. Flexibility is second nature and you bring a positive solutions-focused mindset to everything you do!
