Job Description

Infosys is seeking a AI Contact Center Senior Principal Engineer with experience in telecommunication and retail domain

The Infosys Engineering unit is dedicated to amplifying product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions. We focus on adopting a data-first approach to engineering and value-stream management enabling real-time visibility into the flow of value. Our team leverages advanced technologies such as AI ML and predictive analytics to drive continuous improvement enhance delivery processes and accelerate time to market.
The candidate must be located within commuting distance of Rogers AR or willing to relocate to the area.

In the assigned Job Role of Engineering Project Lead 3 your Area of Responsibility will be as below:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure project execution and alignment with objectives
Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
Define and drive the overall product vision aligning engineering efforts with market needs and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions
Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
Identify staffing needs adaptable to changing project needs and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies
Expertise in leading organizational change to adopt and transform project delivermethodologies
Expertise in developing strategies for building skill and competencies for the team
Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals

Required Skills and qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Domain experience in AI/ML
Technical experience in AI led Customer service and Contact Center platforms

Preferred Skills:
Experience in cloud-native architecture
Domain experience in Telecom and Voice solutions
Scale and enhance the AI Containment offering and team skills
