What Youll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the service department ensuring productivity and profitability.
Foster a culture of excellence accountability and teamwork among service advisors and technicians.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality service.
Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to continuously improve performance.
Manage warranty claims parts returns and customer concerns to resolution.
Recruit train and mentor service department staff to achieve their full potential.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to drive growth improve processes and motivate a team.
Knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealer Track) is a plus.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
