Position Summary
The VIP Server provides high-quality personalized service to guests in the VIP areas of the music festival. This role ensures that VIP guests receive prompt attention accurate orders and an exceptional overall experience in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
This is a seasonal role from September 1 2025 and will end on January 1 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until January 1 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet and provide attentive service to VIP guests
- Take and deliver beverage and food orders promptly and accurately
- Upsell premium offerings and make recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of beverage cocktail and food menus
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of VIP sections
- Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Assist with setup breakdown and restocking in the VIP area
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience required (VIP or high-volume events preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Professional polished appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
