Job Description
Leading film studio seeks a detail-oriented Distribution Operations Manager to join our studios distribution team. This role supports the planning coordination and execution of theatrical and digital content distribution strategies. A successful candidate will be adept and excited by all phases of release films in theatres.
Key job responsibilities
Coordinate theatrical and digital release schedules across multiple territories
Track and manage content and key delivery to domestic and international locations
Maintain distribution databases and generate daily and weekly reports
Liaise with internal departments including Publicity Finance
Assist in quality control of delivered materials
Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures
2 3 years in a role responsible for theatrical content delivery
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
Understanding of theatrical film formats and technical specifications
Experience with theatrical booking and accounting systems
Bachelor of Arts degree
Knowledge of theatrical distribution practices
Familiarity with accounting software/systems (e.g. SAP)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $224400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
