Summary:
The Associate Business Analyst position will be based in Chennai reporting to IT Manager.
In this role you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to provide solution and process designs to make them more efficient. Also discuss with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent
What a typical day looks like:
- Research complex business problems and propose solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
- Test the solutions and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of business requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end deliver of business requirements and support deployment of the solutions
- Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Functional knowledge education background financial processes
- Typically requires 2 - 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrates knowledge of functional concepts
- Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
- Knowledge of Baan5/LN Finance implementation is preferred
- Team focus good communication and documentation skills
