Job Description

As a Special Education Para Educator you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Youll work closely with teachers administrators and other educational professionals to create an inclusive and nurturing environment for all students. Your dedication and compassion will contribute to the success of our students and the overall educational :Assist in Classroom Instruction:Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and support student one-on-one or small group assistance to students during instructional a positive and respectful classroom Support:Work with students who have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet their specific materials and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and students with daily tasks including personal care if needed (toileting medications etc)Behavioral Support:Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the maintain a safe and supportive classroom positive relationships with students and encourage social-emotional :Communicate effectively with teachers parents and other team to student progress discussions as in professional development :High school diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred).Experience working with students in an educational empathy and a genuine desire to make a to follow instructions and work of special education practices and look forward to welcoming a dedicated and passionate Special Education Paraprofessional to our team!
