For information on the companys outstanding benefits culture and its talent-first flexible/remote work approach see below and visit the Role: The Building Launch Manager People leads multiple high impact initiatives that support the successful launch of new pharmacies and fulfillment centers specifically focusing on hiring onboarding and training execution. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional launch partners and strong ownership over project planning and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized and brings both deep operational launch expertise and exceptional project and people management skills. This role will work across multiple locations and spend a significant amount of time at our fulfillment centers & pharmacies. In addition to project execution the Building Launch Manager People will develop and manage detailed project plans presentations dashboards trackers and post-launch documentation; including lessons learned analysis and continuous process improvements. This person will be responsible for ensuring that launch labor and training plans are met and projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of operational excellence Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation. Onboarding Training and Launch Support: Coordinating onboarding hiring events onboarding plans training plans and launch support needed for new buildings. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments like R&D Quality Engineering Procurement Operations Learning and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and coordination. Timeline Management: Monitor and manage project timelines identify critical paths and mitigate risks to ensure on-time launch by identifying gaps and potential impact to timelines. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the launch process. Post-Launch Analysis: Analyze the results of the launch to identify areas for improvement in future launches. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Pharmacy Chemistry Engineering) is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience may be considered 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical compounding manufacturing fulfillment or a related operational environment. 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced regulated setting. Proficiency in interpreting and understanding construction CAD drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications and project compliance. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and operational reporting tools. Strong knowledge of USP 795 USP 800 cGMP OSHA and FDA regulations preferred. Experience with lean manufacturing Six Sigma 5S and other continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities adapt to changing production needs and work effectively under pressure. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking standing and bending. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both local and internationally.
