POSITION SUMMARY:
PickleRage is seeking an experienced dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead our indoor pickleball club chain to new heights. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of club operations ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving the growth and success of our facility.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND OUTCOMES:
To lead club operations and the execution of locations business plan and to serve as a training resource for future general managers and franchisees for the growing PickleRage system.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Onsite at our PickleRage facility in North Charleston SC. Involves performing in a professional sports-centric environment that includes court play retain and member services.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to actively engage members while involved in play. Occasional physical activity maintaining the facility.

COMPENSATION:
$70000-$100000 base salary range incentive compensation opportunity and full benefits package (Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Disability Insurance and other voluntary benefits)
