Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan Bethesda Clarksville areas since the 1950s. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the entire new vehicle inventory.
- Manage all units including in stock units wholesale units and loaner fleet.
- Work with inventory team to ensure vehicles are properly inventoried.
- Day to day lead engagement/customer follow up.
- Creating sales quotes knowledge of financing cash pricing and the ability to review with clients.
- Monitor day to day sales.
- Reporting vehicle sales/Monitor Manufacturer payout program closely.
- Monitor day to day salespersons interactions with clientele.
- Awareness of incentives and other manufacturer monies.
- Closely monitor stores success in market.
- Perform to standards set by dealership/Manufacturer.
- Create effective sales processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
