Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments review medical histories and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individuals application for Social Security benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Medical Evaluations:Perform in-depth medical assessments including gathering medical histories and conducting physical examinations of applicants.
- Diagnostic Interpretation:Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
- Report Writing:Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicants condition(s).
- Data Submission:Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
- Valid Autonomous Nurse Practitioner license.
- Completion of a masters degree in nursing studies.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Preferred specialties include family medicine emergency medicine internal medicine occupational medicinephysical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) or orthopedics.
