In response to an exciting portfolio of secured works were looking for an experiencedContracting Project Managerto lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects in the Southland region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction and contract management who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.
We are looking to grow the Contracting Management Team with someone who can contribute to our approach of value added no nonsense contracting. We truly value our clients and believe our local point of difference is our experience and knowledge enabling us to offer cost effective alternatives that exceed required outcomes.
In addition to the above you will:
- Lead and deliver infrastructure projectsfrom planning through to completion ensuring safety quality and budget targets are met.
- Manage contracts and subcontractors ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and fostering strong working relationships.
- Coordinate teams and resources driving performance and forward planning to eliminate downtime and deliver successful outcomes.

Were looking for someone with:
- A tertiary qualification inCivil Engineeringor equivalent.
- 5 yearspost-graduate experience in civil infrastructure or contracting project delivery.
- Proven experience incontract administration team leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding ofhealth & safetyquality standards andenvironmental compliance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
