PO4: 51228 pa rising in annual increments to 54360 pa inc LW.
The posts salary attracts a market supplement of 8.5% per month. (55582.38 to 58980.60 pa inc. market supplement)

Were looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Building Inspector (RBI) at Class 2A or above to join our dynamic and supportive team. About the Role:
Were looking for a confident and qualified Registered Building Inspector (RBI) at a Class 2A or above working towards a higher competency assessment who can bring:
- Strong experiencein Building Control including site inspections and plan assessments.
- Clear technical knowledgeof the Building Regulations and associated guidance.
- A professional solution-oriented mindsetpaired with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to manage your own workloadwhile contributing effectively within a team.
- A commitment to ongoing developmentand progression in your RBI career.
