Job Description
In the role as Business Owner you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will lead large-scale software programs with more than 100 people orchestrating Agile Release Trains and aligning closely with other business owners architects stakeholders and agile teams.
The team you will be part of:
You will join our Software Solutions team with primary focus on deliveries for enterprise division. Our team culture is based on transparency alignment and a passion for delivery excellence through agile practices.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Define and prioritize business value ensuring alignment between strategy and software R&D execution.
Actively participate in PI Planning reviewing and validating objectives for Agile Release Trains.
Own program/portfolio backlog priorities and guide investment decisions.
Align stakeholders across product management architecture engineering and business areas.
Measure outcomes through KPIs/OKRs ensuring delivery of business value.
Champion agile ways of working and support adoption of SAFe within R&D.
Ensure transparency timely delivery and program excellence.
To perform well in the role we imagine that you:
Have a strong background in software engineering with hands-on experience in designing developing or delivering complex software-based products or platforms.
Bring experience in setting up and scaling agile teams within a software R&D environment ensuring alignment to SAFe principles.
Possess strong understanding of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices including Program Increment (PI) planning Agile Release Trains and portfolio-level prioritization.
Are skilled at translating business strategy into executable plans and ensuring alignment between business goals and R&D execution.
Thrive on stakeholder management aligning priorities between product management system architects R&D leaders and business areas.
Have a proven ability to prioritize value delivery across multiple teams and initiatives balancing short-term goals with long-term strategy.
Are comfortable making data-informed decisions leveraging metrics and insights to guide investment delivery focus and continuous improvement.
Demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills engaging effectively with engineers product leaders executives and customers.
Value collaboration empowerment and servant leadership supporting agile teams to maximize value delivery while removing organizational blockers.
It is beneficial if you also:
Have worked in multi-platform environments (e.g. cloud desktop mobile or connected devices).
Bring experience from global R&D organizations where alignment across geographies and time zones is key.
Are comfortable navigating complex software ecosystems APIs and integration landscapes.
