MANAGER CRITICAL CARE (MEDICAL ICU) BSN 2YRS EXP REQ
LOCATION: Dallas TX
FACILITY: 800 bed Acute Care Hospital
SALARY: $82K - $123K SIGN ON/RELO (case-by-case)
DESCRIPTION
16 beds 45 FTEs
Responsible for planning organizing delegating directing negotiating and evaluating services delivered by the Adult Critical Care departments and personnel based on the hospital mission vision and facility goals.

DESCRIPTION

- Maintains effective communication.
- Develops and recommends policies procedures or programs to improve or enhance the quality safety efficiency and/or effectiveness of patient care within the critical care unit..
- 2 years of Recent (within the last year) Acute Care ICU Critical Care Leadership experience.
- BSN REQUIRED advanced degree preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS provider.
- CCRN and/or CNRN preferred.
