As VIC & Clienteling Manager you will beresponsible for designing and executing strategies to cultivate engage and retain our VIC for the APAC regions. This role places a strong emphasis on building meaningful long-term relationships with VIC through personalized experiences strategic clienteling initiatives and exceptional service touchpoints. The position requires close collaboration with store teams HQ and cross-functional partners both extrernal and internal. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As VIC & Clienteling Manager you will play a vital role in;

VIC Relationship Development & Experience Management

  • Identify engage and personally nurture relationships with top-tier clients ensuring they receive a highly personalized and memorable brand experience across all channels.
  • Partner with store teams to develop and coach best practices in VIC engagement from initial approach to long-term relationship maintenance.
  • Plan coordinate and attend exclusive client events shows and private appointments ensuring exceptional hosting and hospitality.
  • Conceptualize and implement tailored client approaches service protocols and gifting strategies that reflect the brands DNA and resonate with local market sensibilities.

Clienteling Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement comprehensive clienteling programs to acquire engage and grow the VICdatabase.
  • Collaborate with HQ and relevant departments to adapt global CRM strategies to local market needs and local moments ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Create personalized engagement plans based on client profiles purchase history location and channel preferences.
  • Partner with the head of Retail(s) to embed a client-centric culture within store teams with a particular focus on the top-spending client segment.

Data-Driven Client Insights

  • Analyze client data to identify key trends behaviors and opportunities for targeted engagement.
  • Support stores in identifying and fast-tracking high-potential VICs.
  • Analyse and find client tier development and oppurtinities set strategies and roll out action plans.

Operational & Budget Management

  • Manage the local clienteling budget ensuring effective allocation of resources toward high-impact activities.
  • Oversee project implementation and execution in partnership with HQ CRM teams ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards

You will report to President APAC.

Specific personal qualities for this role:

  • A strong sense of hospitality and service mindset with the ability to genuinely engage and connect with clients
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in luxury service with the ability to deliver highly personalized and elevated client experiences
  • A genuine passion and interest in fashion
  • The ability to embody the Acne Studios universe and represent the brand as a true ambassador

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

  • 7-8 years experience in luxury brand/fashion and in Retail functions
  • 3 years experience in Clienteling VIC relationship engagement and CRM
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English (Additonal language is a plus)
  • Solid experience and track record as Client Advisor is plus
  • Styling skill is a plus
