Job Description
We are inviting applications for a full time Assistant AccommodationManager with an eye for detail takes pride in delivering 5* service to join and enhance our established team in Castlemartyr Resort.
As part of the Accommodation team you will be operating in exciting quality service. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills as part of the Accommodation team. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
- Experience in a similar role is required.
- Team Player
- Ability to take initiative
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Personal Qualities
- Ability to show a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues at all times.
- Be self-motivated being able to work alone with good personal organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Being flexible to cater for guests requirements even at short notice and always professionally.
- Ability to ensure that the guest expectation is consistently being met and surpassed as part of the team
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- To ensure all Accommodation staff Linen/House Porters and Maintenance
comply with the standards laid down in the Training Manual regarding uniform work
standards systems and hygiene levels. - To be familiar with the days business regarding room occupancy special requirements and VIP
needs and to react to same. - To liaise with Reception regarding room moves VIP guests special needs and act on same.
- To issue keys/rooms and cleaning schedules to Accommodation staff at the
beginning of shift. Collect and check them at end of shift. - To actively train all staff to the standards laid down in the Training Manual and monitor their
work performance. - To assist with cleaning the accommodation/public areas as needed
