Whats the role
As a Forecast Analyst youll play a key role in helping our Group Operations leaders make informed decisions about workforce planning. Youll translate business change into meaningful forecasting insights ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time. Based in Sydney (Kent St) Adelaide (Festival Towers) or Melbourne (Collins St) this full-time role sits within our Business Performance team and supports a dynamic fast-paced environment where data meets strategy.
What do I need
Were looking for someone whos analytical curious and confident working with data to drive business outcomes. Youll thrive in ambiguity and enjoy making complex information simple and actionable.
- Strong skills in data modelling and analytics with experience using Excel Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in SQL Python R or similar scripting languages.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into clear compelling insights.
- Excellent communication skillsyou can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
